data collected Real Live Group, hereinafter RLG, through our interactions with
you and through our products and how we use that data.
RLG offers a product called Real Live Transmission, hereinafter RLT this
software is used by and for anyone, so developers and users from using it to

Personal data we collect
RLG collects data to operate effectively and provide the best experience with
our products. Some of these data facilitates them directly, for example, when
you create an RLG account, gets in touch with us for technical support. We get
others registering as you interact with our product, for example, to use
technologies such as cookies and getting error reports or data for the software
that runs on your device.
We also obtain data from third parties. We protect information obtained from
third parties in accordance with the procedures described in this Declaration
and to the additional restrictions imposed by the data source. These third-party
sources vary with time, but among them are:
• Agents of data which we purchase demographic data to complement the data
• Social networks, when it grants permission to any RLG product to access your
data from any social network.
• Service providers who help us to determine a location via your IP address in
order to customize certain products for the location where you are.
• Partners with whom we offer shared services or enter into joint marketing
• Sources available publicly, such as open government databases or other data

You can choose your options on the data we collect. When asked to provide

The data that we collect depend on the context of their interactions with RLG,
the options you choose, including privacy settings, products and functions that
use. The data that we collect the following may include:
Name and contact details. We collect your name, email address, and other
similar contact information.
Credentials. We collect passwords, signs for passwords and other information
of similar security used for authentication and access account.
Demographic data. We collect information about you, such as your age, sex,
country and preferred language.
Payment data. We collect the data necessary to process their payments when
you make purchases, as the number of the payment (e.g. a credit card number)

Devices and use data. We collect data about your device and how you and
that interact with RLG and our products. For example, we collect:
• Use of product data. We collect data about using functions, items acquired
and web pages you visit. These data include your voice. This also includes the
settings that you select and the software configurations that most use.
• Configuration, device and connectivity data. We collect data on the device and
the network that used to connect to our products. This includes data on
operating systems and other software installed on your device. It also includes
the IP address, identifiers of devices (such as the IMEI number for phones), and
the locale and language.
• Error reporting and performance data. We collect data on product performance
and any problems you may have with them. These data allow us to diagnose
problems in the products you use, improve our products and offer solutions.
Depending on product and configuration, error reports (sometimes called
"memory dumps ") may include data such as the type or severity of the
problem, software or hardware details related to a given error, and the content
of The files you were using when an error occurred, as well as data about
another device software.
• Troubleshooting data and help. When you go to RLG to solve a problem and
get help, we collect data about you and your hardware, software, and other
incident-related details. These data include contact or authentication data, chat
content, and other communications with RLG, computer and application status
data when the error occurred and during diagnosis, and system and registry
data on Software installations and hardware configurations.
Interests and favorites. We collect data on your interests and favorites, such
as the teams that follow in a sports application, the programming languages you
prefer, the actions you are interested in in a finance application or the preferred
cities that you add to a Application over time. In addition to the data you provide
explicitly, your interests and favorites may be deducted or derived from other
data we collect.
Contacts and relationships. We collect data about your contacts and personal
relationships if you use a RLG product to manage contacts, or to communicate
or interact with other people or organizations, for example RLT.
Location data. In the case of products with functions that use the location to
improve their services, we collect data about their location, which can be
precise or inaccurate. Accurate location data can be data from the Global
Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) (for example, GPS), as well as data
identifying mobile towers and nearby Wi-Fi areas, which we collect when you
enable products or functions Location-based. Inaccurate location data include,
for example, a location derived from your IP address or data indicating where
you are less accurately, for example, at the city level or zip code.
Content. We collect the content of your files and communications when
necessary to provide you with the products you use. For example, if you
transmit a file with RLT to another RLT user, we have to collect the contents of
that file to show you and the other user, according to your instructions. Other
data we collect to provide you with communication services include:
• Text or other content of an instant message.
• Audio and video recording of a video message and audio recording and
transcription of a voice message you receive or a text message that dictates.
Video. If you enter the physical locations of RLT Store or other facilities, or
attend a RLG event, your image may be captured by our security cameras.
If you use the Spend application, according to your instructions, we may also
collect information about the payment card, receipt data, or financial transaction
data, to provide the service.
If you are using online services for companies, RLG collects the data later
defined in the products for companies and developers section.
We also collect the information you provide us and the content of the messages
you send us, such as comments and opinions about products you write, or
questions and information you provide for customer support. When you contact
us, for example, with Customer support service, telephone conversations or
chat sessions with our representatives can be controlled and recorded.
The product-specific sections listed below describe the data collection practices
applicable to the use of such products.
How we use personal data
RLG uses the data we collect for three basic purposes, which are described in
more detail below: (1) Administering our business and providing (including
improving and customizing) the products we offer; (2) Send communications,
including promotional communications; and (3) show advertising, whether in our
products that rely on advertising, or on products offered by third parties.
To achieve these goals, we combine the data we collect to provide you with a
more fluid, coherent and personalized experience.
RLT Store can use information about the applications and services you use to
be able to make custom recommendations about applications. However, to
improve privacy, we have integrated technological and procedural security
measures designed to prevent certain data combinations. For example, we
store the data we collect from you when it is not authenticated (not logged in)
separately from the account information that identifies you directly, such as your
name, email address, or phone number.
To provide and improve our products. We use the data to provide and
improve the products we offer and perform essential business operations. This
includes the operation of the products, the maintenance and improvement of the
product performance, the development of new functions, the investigation and
the provision of the technical support to the customer. Examples of such uses
are as follows:
• Provide the products. We use the data to carry out your transactions with us
and to provide you with our products. These products often include custom
features and recommendations that improve your productivity and offer you
more enjoyment, and automatically customize your experiences with products
based on the data we have about your Activities, interests and location.
• Customer technical support. We use the data to diagnose product
problems, repair customer devices and offer other customer care and support
• Product improvement. We use data to continually improve our products,
including adding new features or features. For example, we use bug reports to

Advertising. RLT does not use what you can say in emails, chat, video calls or
voicemail, or in your documents, photos or other personal files to direct you ads.
We use the data we collect through our interactions with you, through some of
our products and in third party web properties to display advertising. For
• RLT can use your data to select and deliver some of the ads you will see on
third party web properties, such as Oath, AppNexus or Facebook (see below) so that you can select and deliver some of the ads you will see in our Products,
their products or other sites and applications by these associates.
• Advertisers may choose to place our web beacons on their sites to allow RLT
to collect information on them, such as activities, purchases and visits. We use
this data on behalf of our advertisers to help them direct their ads.
Among the additional details about the use we make of the data in relation to
advertising are the following:
• Children and publicity. We do not send interest-based advertising to children
whose birth date, according to their RLG account, identifies them as under 13
years of age.
• Data preservation. For interest-based advertising, we retain the data for a
maximum of 13 months unless we consent to retain the data longer.
• Data sharing. In some cases, we share with advertisers reports on the data
we have collected on their sites or advertisements.
• Data collected by other advertising companies. Advertisers sometimes
include their own web beacons (or those of their advertising partners) in their
advertising that we show, to allow them to establish and read their own cookies.
In addition, RLG is partnering with third party advertising companies to help
provide some of our advertising services, and we also allow other third party
advertising companies to post ads on our sites. These third parties can place
cookies on your PC and collect data about your online activities through Web
sites or online services.
